Abdulaziz Ibrahim Al-Rabiah
Chairman, National Industries Company (K.P.S.C)

Mr. Abdulaziz Ibrahim Al-Rabiah has been a member of the Board of Directors in the National Industries Holding Group since 1979, after which he became the Vice Chairman of the BOD of the National Industries Company, He also holds the position of General Manager in Mohammed Abdullah Al-Rabiah and Partners Company since 1981, in addition to his membership in the BOD of Kuwait Cement Company between 1992 and 1998, and Kuwait Pipe Industry and Oil Services Company between 1980 and 1992. He holds a BA in Accounting from Kuwait University 1975.

Hamad Mohammed Al-Saad
Vice Chairman and CEO, National Industries Company (K.P.S.C)

Mr. Hamad Mohammed Abdullah Al-Saad was appointed as Vice-Chairman and CEO of the company on April 21, 2022. He had the same position in Ammar Finance and Leasing Company, as well as his position as Vice-Chairman of the BOD in Kuwait Real Estate Holding Company.

Adel Khaled Al Subaih
Board Member, National Industries Company (K.P.S.C)

Dr. Adel Khaled Al Subaih served as the Chairman of the BOD of the National Industries Company in 2002, then held the position of Vice Chairman and CEO of the company until April 21, 2022. Prior to that, he held several ministerial positions between 1997 and 2002, such as the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Electricity and Water, Ministry of Oil, and others. He worked in the period between 1976 and 1997 in the educational body at Kuwait University and then became the Deputy Director of the Research Department, and his research resulted in several publications and two patents. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Science from (W.P.I.) and his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina, USA.

Ahmad M. Hassan

In addition to being a member of the BOD in the National Industries Company, Mr. Ahmad M. Hassan held several positions in the National Industries Holding Group, and is currently the CEO of the National Industries Holding Group.

Abdullrahman Shaikhan Al-Farisi

In addition to his membership in the BOD of the National Industries Company, Mr. Abdulrahman Sheikhan Al Farsi holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors in Al Farsi Kitchens Group.
